The GSDn-WSPP is the firm says a choice for installers to migrate their existing systems to secure Mifare DESfire EV1 13.56 MHz Smart Cards. The GSD product will read all traditional cards and fobs, GSD, HID, Paxton, ACT and EM plus all 13.56 MHz Mifare Smart Cards and Fobs.
The GSDn-WSPX delivers all of this on a wire free Zigbee network with 128 bit AES encryption making retro-fitting access control equipment cost effective and without disruption to an end user itโs claimed. The GSDn-WSPP communicates with the GSD central controller without the need for network cables resulting in a saving of 40 per cent the makers say on the cost of installing the access control.
