Infosec Summit

The eighth Annual CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) Executive Summit and Roundtable will run in Rome on June 8 to 10. Event organisers are MIS Training.

Earlier, on June 7, a Cloud Security Forum is planned. The venue: the Ergife Palace Hotel. Topics include insider and other risks, governance, data breaches and networkin and hosting sites such as Facebook.

Security is an issue that is preventing organisations from using cloud based services. How do organisations know their data is secure? How do they know where the data is held? What assurances do organisations have over who is accessing their information? These are among the topics covered by Derek Kay, Director, Cloud Services, Deloitte Consulting and Tim Best, Senior Manager, Security and Resilience, Deloitte UK.
