Primary Systems, one of the Sony SAIF network of approved installers, has gained BS EN ISO9001:2000 certificate of registration for its quality management systems. The assessment in August 2002 covers the installation of intruder alarms, access control and CCTV systems. Chris Ellis from Hampshire-based Primary Systems said: ?Over the past four years, Primary Systems has built a deserving reputation for the high quality installations and the achievement of ISO 9001 accreditation, the latest and most demanding of the national quality standards, recognises the ability of the staff to work to the highest possible performance levels.? Receiving the award, which was organised through NACOSS, Chris Ellis added: ?The assessment programme went through very smoothly indeed, which is a credit to our team here at Southwick.” The installer employs more than 20 staff on local and national projects and is one of 16 Sony Approved Installer Facility installers, as well as being NACOSS approved.
