Blue Rock Security Group, installers of retail and commercial security, selected Hamilton Hall to supply a Service Management and Mobile Data solution that will be integrated with Sage Financials.
Blue Rock Security has on its books such household names as Harvey Nichols, JJB Sports, Vision Express, Tesco and Boots.

Hamilton Hall will implement the application at Blue Rock’s head office in Brackley, Northamptonshire. Modules include contracts and warranties, inventory, call logging, scheduling of engineers, mobile data and invoicing. Future modules will include the Customer Portals so that customers can log their own jobs and look at status of jobs etc.
