Basler Vision Technologies are showing their new generation of light-sensitive IP cameras at the annual ASIS tradeshow, from October 12 to 14, at the Dallas Convention Center, USA.
The German firm says that its next IP camera generation provides frame rates of up to 100 fps. Also on show will be their IP fixed domes with a microSDHC card slot. This feature lets the camera act as a self-sufficient system by writing all alarm images to an SD card with a capacity of up to 32 GB. These domes come in vandal-resistant aluminum housings and are described as especially energy efficient. All functions, including the fan and heater, can be powered using standard PoE (IEEE 802.3af Class 0). Visit –
