Waterfall Solutions Ltd, provider of secure unidirectional connectivity for IP based Surveillance Infrastructure, segregated networks, and SCADA systems released what it called the first security solution for IP based video surveillance systems with PTZ capabilities.
The WF-ISE (Waterfall IP Surveillance Enabler), which was launched last November, provides according to the makers a solution that eliminates threats originating from cameras and other surveillance devices thereby enabling organisations to enjoy the advantages of IP-based surveillance without it is claimed suffering from the dangers inherent in network connectivity.
The WF-ISE Plus carries the added functionality of PTZ control without diminishing the system’s security, the firm says.

WF-ISE Plus can adapt to all forms of surveillance equipment including motion detectors, sound activated alarms, and cameras while enabling device control. Waterfall Solutions has several patents pending for unidirectional protection and usage including for IP surveillance systems.
