Security and facility management firm Certainty Group have achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification.

Achieving ISO 9001:2000 certification is therefore very important to us. We want to prove to ourselves, as well as to our customers, that we have in place the mechanisms to constantly challenge our quality management procedures."
ISO 9001:2000 replaced ISO 9001:1994 at the end of 2003 and as a result there was a change of emphasis from the enforcement of procedures to continuous improvement of quality management processes. To meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, Certainty Group underwent an examination of its resources and processes relating to quality and customer satisfaction, the firm says.
