May Showcase

More than 600 exhibiting companies are lined up to showcase at IFSEC next month.

An IP and networks feature, Network Advantage runs in association with IBM, featuring its business partners in interactive feature The HUB and various seminar sessions. Organisers say that visitors will be presented with a range of integrated security applications using IP and network technologies, from digital surveillance to implementations designed for public safety, highlighting business opportunities available through the technology on offer. IFSEC 2005 organisers add that the event offers more than 40 free seminar sessions in total – both at Network Advantage and elsewhere in the Business Development Zone – covering all aspects of security from ANPR and identity theft to networked CCTV and video.
 
Among exhibitors:

Cinario will be launching Cinario Security Manager, a security integration & management solution, which supports multiple manufacturers’ equipment and offers the ability to control & monitor all the users security systems from a single screen.  (stand Q12)

Dedicated Micros will use the event to showcase the connectivity and ease-of-use of the NetVu powered software technology, which forms the basis of its DV-IP server products. The company also plans to draw attention to vertical market variants of DV-IP including: banking (ATM), gaming and retail.

Idesco will unveil its new access control solution for identifying vehicles in carparks. (stand G90)

VisioWave will unveil its new Video Recording Unit product range, which offers increased capacity and "high performance storage possibilities". (stand K90)

Neurodynamics will be showing its latest development for the storage and retrieval of video streams, its Network Video Recorder (NVR). (stand K126)

NICE Systems will demonstrate its latest video surveillance and analysis solutions. (stand K120 and Network Advantage with IBM).

For the first time Honeywell is presenting products from the Access Systems, Intruder and Video Systems businesses on one stand, making Honeywell a partner of choice for security installers, consultants and specifiers. (stand U50)

Servision Ltd will be showing its new, ruggedised Integrated Video Gateway that provides a secure method of transmitting live CCTV pictures from moving vehicles. (stand S120).

Vista will uinveil  Protos 4, a brand new range of 36 mono, mono/colour and day/night cameras. (stands L110 + L90).
