Adams Rite, security solutions provider, has launched its newly developed deadlock – Sentinel 6.
The new product has been developed to meet the specific criteria of BS EN12209 security grade 6.
The Sentinel 6 is a mortise mechanical deadlock specifically designed for the commercial aluminium door market. It offers the combined strength of a bar bolt and anti-spread feature of the hook bolt. Its slim-line lock case fits easily into thermally broken and single chambered aluminium sections and can also be retro-fitted into single chambered sections replacing the MS2200.
The deadlock operates with a 17mm Europrofile cylinder, has a 14.5mm wide case and is available in three backset sizes – 25, 30 and 40mm.

The Sentinel 6 has been designed to meet the stringent requirements of BS EN12209, the European single point mechanical lock standard and achieves security grade 6. We know of no other deadlock specifically designed for aluminium doors that has previously achieved this standard – making it and Adams Rite, leaders in the field.”
