Clients include Superdrug, for whom Corporate Group has installed a new system at its head office and southern region distribution centre in Surrey with some 200 personnel on site, which includes a goods-in area, warehouse and car park. Malcolm Sharp, security manager at Superdrug says: ?Corporate Group meets all our CCTV needs and we are very pleased with the new equipment specification, the installation service and quality of the maintenance support. The company was particularly impressed with the high-speed Pelco Dome that was specified. It is one of the fastest domes available, according to Corporate Group, with rotation through 360 degrees in just over one second to rapidly monitor pre-set positions. Chris Juggins of Corporate Group says: ?From an operator?s point of view, the clarity of the relayed image is superb both during the day and at night when the picture changes to black and white for improved vision. We installed five of the Pelco external domes and added two internal Domes, which have a similar specification.? The control room at Superdrug houses six Sony S-Video Colour Monitors displaying all images via a Pelco Matrix Controller and an AVE Multiview 16 channel Colour Multiplexer. The AVE Multiview MV16CS offers S-Video to each of the monitors and records all pictures via a Panasonic S-Video 170-hour time lapse VCR.
