CCTV firm COE and Siemens have signed a contract for delivery of third stage of Delhi Metro.
This follows Leeds-based analogue and digital CCTV systems firm COEโs involvement as supplier of transmission, switching and control technology for the first and second phases of the work.
The COE system will include fibre transmission equipment and, for the first time in Delhi Metroโs system, COEโs X-class MPEG4 codecs. These will allow delivery of analogue quality, digital images anywhere on the video network operated by Delhi Metro. The system will also use COEโs latest version of SEE-net for control of the analogue and digital system elements.
