Sabre Guarding Limited has recently been awarded the contract with Simons Group Limited for their new site in Ellesmere Port, at the Cheshire Oaks ‘shopping village’.
The site is the second largest M&S site in the UK. Janet Hilton-Hull, Business Development Manager at Ellesmere Port-based Sabre, said: “We first got involved in the sales process for this site in June 2010 and were up against over 50 other companies. This was narrowed down over the following months and we spent a nail-biting few weeks waiting to hear if we had been successful. We were awarded the contract due to the professionalism of the presentation, proximity to site and local knowledge. As we are aware price is usually a deciding factor, especially in construction security, but in this instance it wasn’t. We are supplying them with manned guarding, mobile patrols, alarm response, a CCTV system, remote monitoring and our new totally wireless video verification alarm system, Video Alert System (VAS).”
