A CCTV remote monitoring company is calling for the public and private sector to work much closer in tackling problems associated with anti-social behaviour which was highlighted this week in the Queen?s Speech. Guide Security Services, based on the Secured by Design Walker Business Park in Blackburn, Lancashire is monitoring incidents involving public nuisance and criminal behaviour across the UK from their digital CCTV monitoring station. The company says it is already preventing crimes on a daily basis and providing intelligence and evidence to UK police forces to aid detection.

What they say

Mick Gains QPM, Director of Guide Security Services, says: ?The verification of incidents we report to the police is also making best use of their limited resources and we are keen to seek new ways of improving our joint working.” Eddie Cusack, Managing Director, adds: ?Central and Local Government are working hard to address the problems of crime and antisocial behaviour in our communities. We are committed to lending whatever support we can to this effort.” To visit the control centre and Secured by Design Business Park, ring Mick Gains on 01254 662 404, or e-mail:[email protected]
