Glass protection company Pentagon Protection Plc has acquired SDS Group Limited, security consulting, training and the suppliers of security equipment.
Established in 1975, SDS Group provides bespoke security consultancy in project management and technical skills in structural building and materials analysis. It supplies specialist security training and hardware to large organisations including the United Nations, the Ministry of Defence and the Metropolitan Police. Its Chairman and Technical Director is Dr John Wyatt MBE, a security and bomb blast authority who will remain with the business, as will his staff.
