Europinter & ECSAS Gardiennage have annual sales of about 10 million euros and 125 employees. The companies are specialized in mobile security services.
Securitas says that it is the leading player in mobile security servicesfor small and medium sized businesses inFrance. With these acquisitions, Securitas adds that it will continue to expand in this field.
These acquisitions are consolidated in Securitas as of November 1, 2011.
