Former Royal Ulster Constabulary Chief Constable Sir Ronnie Flanagan is speaking at the Skills for Security annual conference in Oxford on November 4.
Sir Ronnie is HM Inspector of Constabulary and has had a hand in the review of policing that most recently led to the publication of a Green Paper.
Also invited to give presentations: Baroness Henig, chair of the SIA; Linda Holbeche of CIPD; Noel Walsh of Weightmans; Jude Brimble of GMB; and Prof Martin Gill of Perpetuity.
