The legal restructure making Tour Andover Controls Limited is complete.
The new organisation is formed by the coming together of TAC, a building automation and control manufacturer, and Andover Controls, a building automation and security systems provider. The restructure follows the acquisitions of TAC and Andover Controls by Schneider-Electric in 2003 and 2004 respectively. Tour Andover Controls has 2,700 staff worldwide and total estimated revenues in 2004 of $700m.
