Secutech, the international trade fair for electronic and information security, and fire and safety industries ran in April at the Nangang Taipei World Trade Center, Taiwan.
The show was organised by Messe Frankfurt New Era Business Media Ltd.
Opened by Chen Chun, Vice Premier of Taiwan, the 14th edition of Secutech attracted 550 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions. These are Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Holland, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Visitors increased by five percent to 23,782 from 95 countries and regions and sourced the latest products and services in 35,873 sqm of exhibition space, an increase of five percent. The top five visitor countries outside Taiwan were (greatest first) Japan, Malaysia, China, Singapore and the United States.
