The Secur-a-File system is a keyless tamper-evident system for confidential information from security seal manufacturer EJ Brooks (Europe). With the Secur-a-File system, papers can be stored in any filing cabinet and it will be obvious if confidentiality has been compromsied. The patented system can hold thick files or printouts and is then zipped up and closed with a single use numbered security seal – the TEBCO BT (Bropol II). The twin-pronged, plastic seal is inserted, which locks within the ?enclosed? sealing chamber to secure the zip. The seal cannot be removed without breaking it. Each seal is uniquely identified and is recorded by the file owner. Broken or differently numbered seals are evidence of a security breach. A TEBCO UV (Universal) security locking chamber is also available, for use with competing bag seals. The zip itself is a security feature. It is sewn inside out into me Secur-a-File and is operated by a slider.
