GSL Managed Services armed hold-up safety training dates for the rest of 2005 are:
September, Manchester (13), Birmingham (14) and London (15); and November, Manchester (15), Birmingham (16) and London (17).
GSL’s conflict management course is aimed at customer facing staff who may face verbal or physical abuse, or the threat of violence or aggression. The day covers personal risk assessment, anticipating and recognising the risk, controlling the stress response, and using effective verbal and non-verbal communication.
