Take a tour of the Central Criminal Court in London – without being an accused criminal!?
ASIS has arranged an exclusive tour of The Old Bailey with Charles Henty, the Under-Sheriff and Secondary of London. It’s on October 19.
You are asked to turn up at 5pm prompt to go through court security before a talk about the Victim Support’s Witness Service, and the Lord Mayor’s entrance.
The tour from 6pm to 7.30pm includes an historical overview, some anecdotes, visit to courtrooms, waiting rooms/cells, high security drop off points, a few secret areas and is rounded off by a Q&A session.
After, you can disperse to local pub (optional) for networking and discussion of the tour. Numbers are limited to 35 seats so you are asked to book. Tickets are £12 each and monies raised will go to ASIS UK’s chosen charity Victim Support.
