Digital video recorder manufacturer Dowshu reports a short move to larger premises in Warrington.
The new 4000 sq ft office houses their sales and technical support staff, a demonstration facility, training rooms, software design and product set up suite, stores and work and meeting rooms. Glen Higson, Dowshu CEO, says: โWe are expanding for two purposes. Firstly we need more extensive customer support facilities for product training and demonstration. Secondly we need a larger site to house our increasing sales, technical support and product management teams. We are responding to the need of our customers for application specific support with software, hardware and system design where we now have staff to cover this. The expansion of Dowshu over the last year has been astronomical and it is great to use that success to further improve our customer service.โ Dowshu has offices in Ireland, Mainland Europe, USA and Asia.
