Version 6.09 of HISEC International’s Access Intrusion Management System (AIMS) is now available.
The makers report that AIMS is a Windows based software that manages the company’s THOR access control and THOR intruder alarm systems. AIMS can operate on a single PC or in a network environment with up to 20 clients. Users have full control over local and remote sites, and monitor alarms besides manage the access control via a dynamic graphic presentation.
The paste function in the edit card dialogue allows users to decide which part of the copied data they want to paste. Users can paste only personal data such as a signature and picture, or only the access rights data. Users may also still paste all data.

More than 1000 users can operate the AIMS, each with their administrative level defined to operate specific parts of the software, according to the manufacturers. Each user of the AIMS must enter his/her name and password before a login to the system can take place. The AIMS runs on Windows 2000, XP Professional and 2003 Server.
