The Buckinghamshire-based fire and security systems firm Evolution has entered into a new, exclusive agreement with Zitko Consulting to manage all of its staff resourcing requirements across engineering, operations and management.
The two companies have been working together for several years on national and international recruitment projects. A new managed service contract will embed a senior Zitko consultant, Paul Gooding, into the installation firm.
Richard Lambert, Managing Director of Evolution, says he is looking forward to involving Paul more closely in the strategic business and manpower planning. Evolution adds that post-Covid-19 momentum is already building and one of the priorities will be resourcing skilled project and technical engineers. The first campaigns will be appearing shortly.
