Vista has released the new range of high definition analogue cameras and DVRs. The firm says customers can have improved HD picture quality while keeping their existing coax analogue cabling.
There are six camera models in the range โ three dual format static domes (TVI/CVBS) and three triple format PTZ domes (TVI, AHD and CVBS). The PTZs have Sony STARVIS technology to deliver 1080p images. All the cameras include a Wide Dynamic Range of 120dB to improve image quality in challenging lighting situations.
The QTVI DVRs look and feel identical to the QP960H range, providing an upgrade path. The DVRs feature coax control of PTZ domes, alarm inputs/outputs and audio recording. As for all Vista products, the new range is also supported by Vistaโs three-year advance replacement warranty.
Gary Rowden, pictured, Divisional Director for Vista, says: โThe analogue market is still very important to us. We understand that there are a significant number of end users out there that simply donโt want to go to the expense and inconvenience of replacing their existing coax infrastructure with an IP one. Thanks to our new high definition analogue range, we can now offer those customers a way to easily migrate to HD over coax and benefit from a three an a half times better picture quality than is possible with standard resolution analogue cameras.โ
Vista are on stand D1300 at IFSEC 2016, which runs from June 21 to 23 in London.
