The software company WorkWave announces its partnership with Deploi, an AI-powered background checking and onboarding platform. This embeds Deploi’s compliance automation into the Hire by WorkWave and workforce management Timegate+ products.
Hire by WorkWave offers recruitment and onboarding for the specific demands of the security, cleaning, and facilities management sectors in the UK. The firms say this partnership addresses the challenge of long, complex compliance procedures in the UK. While background checks, such as the British Standard BS7858 (‘Security screening of individuals employed in a security environment’), can typically take an industry average of eight to 12 weeks for a new employee, Deploi’s AI-driven system can achieve an average clearance time of under 4.5 days, the firms report. That’s crucial the firms say for preventing candidate drop-off.
