He became chief of security for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter at the WTC and perished in the Twin Towers. As the title suggests, it’s a moving and gripping biography, including sobering pages about evacuation drills after the 1993 bomb at the office block, and the real evacuation on 9-11. Let us hope the equivalent British book can never be written.
