Chauffeur services

by Mark Rowe

Magenta Security has extended its portfolio to include services such as luxury car hire and housekeeping.

Magenta already provides security officers, mobile services, graffiti removal, electronic security and remote monitoring. After listening to feedback from its clients the company decides to expand its services.

The chauffeur service, for example, is aimed at the luxury market, to provide up to 40 Mercedes Viano vehicles which seat seven people, and can be used for to transport businessmen and celebrities who require close protection, in their stay in the UK.

Abbey Petkar, managing director, pictured, says: “Expanding our portfolio of services is part of our long term strategy for growth. We work in partnership with our clients to provide the services they need. The approach allows us to offer tailor-made security packages which meet client requirements, rather than a one size fits all approach. We found that some clients were looking for additional concierge services alongside our traditional security offering. With the external partnerships we have developed, we felt Magenta was ideally placed to provide the services they needed.”

Magenta has its head office in Hounslow, with operations in Swindon, Birmingham, Manchester and Kent. For more information call 0845 500 0786 or visit www.magentasecurity.co.uk .

Magenta clients include –

· Lloyds Bank Plc
· BMI Group
· Total Oils PLC
· The Royal Parks.

A contract with The Royal Parks was awarded by the Secretary of State for Culture, Olympics, Media and Sport and will see Magenta looking after the nine parks until 2013. Part of the reason that Magenta’s bid was successful was due to their green credentials. The company has been awarded certification to ISO 14001: 2004 (the international environmental management system standard.
