OCS FM MD

The facilities management contractor OCS has appointed Jane Sheard as UK Managing Director of Facilities Services.

Sheard brings with her a background in the FM marketplace having worked at a senior management level in a number of FM companies including Johnson Controls, NG Bailey and Reliance FM. Most recently, Sheard worked at ISS where she was Global Strategic Head of New Product Innovation.

She has an MBA in Organisational and Strategic development, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management Studies and a Diploma in Business Management.

She said: “I was attracted by OCS’s reputation for putting customers first and their long-term approach to the market. I’m looking forward to helping the business to become ever more innovative in its approach.”
