Network threat protection

Exatel, a telecommunications operator in Poland, has deployed Arbor Networks’ Peakflow SP platform to launch a managed security service to enterprise customers that delivers distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack protection.

Arbor Networks President Colin Doherty said: “Enterprise customers are rightly concerned about DDoS attacks as they represent a significant threat to the availability of networks, applications and services. Exatel is known throughout Poland for offering the highest quality services. They are meeting a real market need by delivering DDoS managed security services to enterprise customers.”
