Gloucestershire-based installer Frocester Group has gained NSI Gold. The installer’s security director, Tom Allerton, says: “We couldn’t be happy to have achieved this award for our customers and the team. It instantly signals to our current and future customers that we are reputable and trustworthy.”
Gold requires ISO 9001, the international quality management standard. Covered are staff screening, intruder and hold-up alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire detection and controlsystems. The firm’s security and fire divisions have Safe Contractor approved status.
Frocester Fire recently appointed James Joyce as director. The fire arm has partnered with Ampac fire control panels and now offers graphics whereby the customer can access drawings or maps of their building detailing locations of alarms and fault disablement events. Frocester Fire has specified Ampac for John Lewis and Partners, and Waitrose. The security division is a silver channel partner of Hanwha Techwin.
