Spring fund-raiser

by Mark Rowe

Here is word of the Worshipful Company of Security Professionals’ (WCoSP) event at the Rembrandt Hotel in west London on Saturday, March 2, 2013 for a Spring Dance with Elwood and Jake, the Blues Brothers. Tickets for the event are £108 including VAT for a four-course dinner with wines. The event will be raising funds for the Hackney Carriage Drivers Disney Trip for terminally ill children and the WCoSP Charitable Trust..

Seating is in tables of ten. Organisers will do their utmost to accommodate those who wish to be grouped with other guests provided that you complete and return a booking form with full details as soon as possible. Please advise if you or your guests have any special dietary requirements.

Company sponsorship allows us to hire Jake and Elwood without reducing the money we can raise for good causes. Organisers thank Claire and Gerry Lambert of Charter Security for again providing the sound system and for evening supporter Anthony King of Kings Security Systems.

For an event booking form email Peter French at SSR Personnel.

An auction and raffle will run during the evening. If you are able to donate items of memorabilia, tickets for events or perhaps experiences others could not otherwise buy; this has been a major source of money donated to worthy causes. This year money raised from the auction and raffle will be donated to the Company’s charitable trust.
