With Lord Toby Harris, Chair of the National Preparedness Commission (NPC), on the state of the nation’s resilience, three years on from founding the commission.
The NPC was created in response to the UK government’s handling of the covid-19 pandemic, to promote better preparedness for a major crisis or incident. A networking reception for Premium members and a ‘Chatham House rule’ roundtable discussion.
