Keynote speaker:
Holly-Anne Brennan, Head of the Anti-Money Laundering, POCA and Crypto assets team in the Economic Crime Directorate at the Home Office. She leads the policy team developing and delivering legislative changes to modernise POCA, most recently this has included the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 and the Economic Crime Corporate Transparency Act 2023 measures.
Holly is also responsible for the delivery of various Economic Crime Plan 2 Actions to reduce money laundering, including those to combat the Illicit use of crypto assets. She worked at the Law Commission on the anti-money laundering review of the Suspicious Activity Reporting regime and the review of the law on confiscation.
