Job Title: Fire and Security Small Works Engineer
Location: South West London
Rate: £40,000 to £43,000 + 20 days Holiday + Company Car
Technical Resources is on the lookout for a dedicated professional capable of steering small works projects to success, aligning with the commitment to deliver within budget, on schedule, and beyond client expectations. Responsibilities:
- Direct responsibility for the seamless execution of small works projects, ensuring client satisfaction through diligent planning, execution, and delivery.
- Exemplify the company’s core values through professional conduct and appearance.
- Champion superior customer service, swiftly addressing and resolving client inquiries and issues.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Mandatory experience with the installation and commissioning of Life Safety systems, specifically: Fire alarm systems, Disabled alarm and Disabled refuge setups and Emergency Lighting systems.
- Valuable but not obligatory: previous involvement with CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
- A strong commitment to safety and responsible work practices to prevent harm, loss, or damage.
- Demonstrable skill in collaborative work, efficient time management, and initiating work priorities autonomously.
- A background in customer service roles, with a firm grasp of the importance of detailed, accurate job documentation aligned with both company and client standards.
- Preparedness to conduct comprehensive surveys on client premises as needed.
- Must possess a clean driving licence.
- Highly motivated individual with the physical capability to lift and safely use ladders.
