Role: Fire Project Manager
Location: South-East London
Salary: £49,000 – £55,000 per annum + Company Car/Allowance + 25 days holiday
We are recruiting for an experienced Fire Project Manager in South East London to join an expanding team to work on a number of large commercial contracts. The role will be a mixture of home and site-based.
Responsibilities:
- Running a mixture of smaller and large-scale commercial projects across the South-East of England, values up to £1m.
- Managing sub-contractors on-site
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with regard to project updates whilst ensuring quality of work is maintained on site.
- P&L responsibility.
- Ensuring H&S, CDM regulations are adhered to
- Providing Technical Support to customers where necessary.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience running Fire Alarm projects.
- Technical background within Fire Alarm industry.
- BAFE, FIA knowledge.
