Role: Project Engineer

Location: Groningen, Netherlands

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum + Travel Costs + Sustenance Payment

Shift Pattern: 10 days on, 4 days off (including Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday at home)

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join an enterprise-scale project in Groningen, Netherlands, for a global company collaborating with another worldwide entity. This role offers a comprehensive package including paid flights, accommodation, other travel costs, and a sustenance payment while away. The selected candidates will act as key support to the senior project manager, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining high standards across all project aspects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the senior project manager in all aspects of project execution, including health and safety management, installation progress, quality assurance, and commissioning.
  • Oversee the management of materials, ensuring they are procured and used efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with clients and adhere to stringent project standards to achieve expected outcomes.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Extensive experience in Fire & Security or Data Centre environments is essential.
  • Proven track record of supporting large-scale, international projects.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage project tasks and collaborate with global teams.
  • Relevant industry experience and qualifications in Fire & Security or Data Centre management.
  • Ability to travel internationally, with all related expenses covered by the project.
