Job Title: Security Project Engineer
Location: North West
Rate: £40,000 – £45,000 Basic + Car or Van + Overtime
Technical Resources are working alongside a National Fire and Security provider who are recruiting for 2 highly skilled Project Engineers in the North West. The role offers a great opportunity to come off the tools and into a more management focused role, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in pre-handover quality audits specific to the installation of edge devices and make rectification recommendations as required.
- Provide weekly timesheets to the Project Manager for time and effort invoicing purposes.
- Be prepared to be the acting Project Engineer (secondary role to Commissioning Engineer) for a project if called upon to be do so in support of the Project Manager.
- Support the Project Manager during the handover process to the Service Team.
- Lead by Example.
- Any other duties as directed by the Project Manager / Installation Manager.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Security Industry or related environment.
- Experienced in project implementation and maintenance transition processes.
- Results orientated working style.
- Good understanding NSI installation standards.
