Job Title: Security Systems Surveyor
Location: Northampton and surrounding areas
Rate: Up to £39,000 basic + Company Car + 25 days Holiday

Technical Resources are recruiting for a Security System Surveyor to work for a leading fire & security services provider who employ over 300 people turning over in excess of £60m, with a broad range of recognisable clients ranging from national retailers, healthcare utilities and to corporate enterprise. They are NSI Gold and have been awarded Investor In People, as well as being voted employer of the year multiple times. They have an excellent opportunity for a Security Systems Surveyor to join their installations department to cover Northampton and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend client premises to conduct surveys for new Intruder, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
  • Provide risk assessments in accordance with NSI standards.
  • Compile design paperwork and quotations based on survey findings.
  • Manage own workload, balancing time between site visits and remote work.
  • Primarily cover the Northamptonshire region for all responsibilities.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Previous experience as a security engineer with proficient knowledge in Intruder, Access Control, and CCTV systems, looking to transition into a surveyor/design role, OR an experienced surveyor with existing relevant skillset.
  • Experience designing Fire systems will be beneficial but is not essential.
