Role: Service Coordinator
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per annum + Overtime
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Service Coordinator in Stevenage to work alongside an already exisiting team.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Liaising with clients and potential clients via email
- Answering inbound calls
- Scheduling engineers
- Liaising with sub-contractors
- Updating the database
- Liaising with managers and other internal teams within the company
- Obtaining reports
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent IT skills
- General admin skills
