Business Package

by msecadm4921

The Association of Business Crime Partnerships has negotiated a new insurance package with the association’s insurance brokers, Todd & Cue, from May 1, which will mean a saving of up to £204.50 annually for ABCP members, depending on their previous insurance package.

The premium for professional indemnity insurance was £310 with additional premiums for employers’ liability, public liability and office contents taking the premium to nearly £480 annually. Under the new arrangements, all the above cover will now be available for £273.50 giving a possible saving of £204.50.

Todd & Cue will be sending out renewal letters at the beginning of April. It is hoped that these premiums will be held at the same levels for the next three years subject to there being no change in the insurance premium tax levied by the government and also no adverse claim experience over the whole scheme.

Mike Schuck, operations director for ABCP said: ‘We are extremely pleased to be able to offer this highly competitive insurance service to our members, which reflects our excellent relations with Todd & Cue and their confidence in the professionalism and reliability of partnership management.’

Todd & Cue are also supporting the Partnership Excellence Awards at this year’s ABCP conference on May 19. The prize for the three category winners will be £100 off their next insurance renewal. To qualify for this valuable saving you must enter the awards, so go to the Events 2011 page on the ABCP website to book your place at the conference and download the introduction and entry forms.

There are three categories – partnership innovation, managing the evening economy and promoting community safety.
