?The slow down in the economy over the last 12 months may have weakened many security solutions companies and subsequently dampened the spirits of sales teams across the United Kingdom, but we have bucked the trend by receiving a Diamond Award from QMS Benchmarq for customer satisfaction for the second year running, achieving a huge 99pc success rate.
Since initially undertaking the survey in 2005 as part of our overall commitment to quality and attaining a Gold award, we have continued to work tirelessly to improve in all areas of customer service, from initial enquiry through to after sales.
We pride ourselves on listening to our customers’ requirements and being able to provide a turnkey service that is second to none. This culminated in us achieving Diamond Award last year.
Following such a result some organisations might take the opportunity to rest on their laurels, but not Heald. Even though the past year has been a challenge to businesses across the globe, we undertook the survey again at the beginning of 2010 and the results speak for themselves.
We are exhibiting at the Counter Terror Expo at Olympia, London on April 14 and 15. This is the UK’s largest exhibition dedicated purely to the protection of critical infrastructure and personnel.
