Adding to the Discover range, the new American Dynamics 200 & 600 Series bullet cameras with built-in infrared (IR) illumination, and mini-dome and dome range cameras, are now available through distributor Norbain.
The Discover 200 Series bullet cameras feature backlight compensation, automatic gain, iris and white balance, built-in IR illumination and 380TVL resolution. Automatically switching to IR illumination in low light, the camera provides quality images whatever the lighting it’s claimed and is IP-66 rated.
The Discover 200 Series indoor mini-dome camera combines a quality vari-focal auto-iris lens with a three-axis gimble, to provide 360-degree pan/rotate and 90-degree tilt functionality. Available in 80mm and 90mm dome versions, both domes feature 480TVL resolution, a one-third inch CCD array and 12VDC operation, with 12VDC/24VAC available on the ADCD201 model.
For the ultimate specification, the latest Discover 600 Series bullet camera provides 520TVL resolution and integrated IR illumination in a compact IP66 rated housing. Adding to the Discover 200 Series’ specification, the Discover 600 Series offers an IR corrected, 3x varifocal lens or fixed 4.3mm version, for superior installation flexibility.
For vandal resistant surveillance, the new Discover 600 Series vandal resistant dome offers 520TVL imaging in an IP67 rated housing. With IR illumination, 3x varifocal lens, removable IR cut filter and UTP video output option, the Discover 600 Series vandal resistant dome camera can be employed to provide detailed images in the toughest of environments, the firms say.
