Door Entry Kit

by msecadm4921

A new generation of surface and flush mounted vandal resistant modular door entry systems has been unveiled by Videx Security.

This follows the 4000 series modular door entry kits and the introduction of the 12 SWG stainless steel vandal resistant amplifier, button and camera modules. These are housed in the die cast 4000 Series frame. The 4000 series frames also add a total new look to the appearance of vandal resistant door entry panels at the visitor interface. This new range of panels is slimmer than standard vandal resistant equivalent panels and has a much lower profile when surface mounted. A single module amplifier can have up to three call buttons and all incorporate Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliant LEDs and reassurance tones, with timed dry contact relay and electronic call tone as standard. Low profile surface and flush kits are available, and bespoke vandal resistant single panels up to three modules in height are available where conditions dictate. The button modules are available with three to nine buttons. Also available in this range are codelock, proximity and camera modules. Optional yellow halo DDA buttons and large braille illuminated buttons are available on request.
