Kingdom Security has recently been selected as an IKEA preferred security supplier in the UK.
After a pre-qualification process, presentation and National Support Centre visit, Kingdom says that it developed a tailored service package to meet the needs of the furnishing retailer which included a 10 module training package including an NVQ in Loss Prevention, Customer service training, First Aid and Conflict Management. The service provided by the contractor also includes a uniform to reflect the retailer’s work environment and others services to do with communication and technology to support the IKEA management.
