Organisers of the Global Security Asia Series based in Singapore announce the launch of Global Security India 2010 (GSI 2010).
It runs from April 28 to 30 in New Delhi.
Organisers say that Indian federal and state Governments are increasing Homeland Security budgets and much of this expenditure will be for procurement.
