Irish Addition

by msecadm4921

Intrepid Security has established a new company to service their customers in Ireland.

Based in Dublin, Intrepid Ireland Ltd will offer new and existing clients pre and post sales support for a range of security systems. These will include Access Control, CCTV and Sentry SmartTrack mobile robotic surveillance as well as EAS and other retail security equipment. The company will also offer a dedicated range of products from people counters to RFID technology to track and safeguard library books and other media.

Managing Director Noel Verbruggen said: "Our investment in this new company is intended to demonstrate our commitment to what is a very important market for us. We already have a large number of retail and library clients in Ireland and feel the time is now right to set up a company with its own warehouse facilities and support staff who can respond effectively to local requirements."

Mike Costello, who has been providing first line technical support for Intrepid’s clients in Ireland for over ten years and who previously worked for Sentry in the USA, has been appointed a Director and will be responsible for the day to day running of the new company.
