The Business of Security and Protection is the title of a April 23 conference at the Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds.

The organisers, the University of Leeds and Marketing Leeds, say it’s one in a series of sector-specific thought leadership events. It’ll take the form of ‘Question Time’-style panel debates. It will be chaired by Matthew Amroliwala, Crimewatch presenter and BBC newsreader, and one of the pannelists will be Bruce Mann, Head of Civil Contingencies Secretariat at the British Cabinet Office.

The city centre site was the venue of the SIA stake-holder conference in May 2007.
