The company has offered BT Redcare monitoring for many years (mainly for its existing client base), but a dramatic increase in connections over the past 12 months has seen this side of the business become more and more prevalent.<br><br>Hosting the Bold Gemini alarm handling software and meeting all the relevant British Standards, the control room now has over 3000 connections and, with the recent successful addition of Dualcom, the Company sees fit to launch CMS as a separate entity.<br><br>Operations Director Steve Nelson says: “Although we have a high profile in the CCTV market, historically our alarm business just complimented our existing offering. However, the number of new connections we have experienced over the past year has justified the launch of this separate stream to our business.
