Adam Radley has joined Samsung Techwin’s professional security division as European Product Training Manager.
Reporting to Peter Ainsworth, Samsung Techwin’s European Product Manager, Adam, will be responsible for devising and implementing training for Samsung Techwin’s European customers.

Peter Ainsworth said: "With over 40 new products being launched during 2009 alone and with more in the pipeline for 2010, Adam’s training skills will be very much in demand. We are striving to achieve excellence in all areas of our pre and post sales support and the training courses conducted by Adam will play a very important role in helping us achieve this."
In addition to providing product training for distributors, installers and system integrators, Adam will also conduct in-house training for the product firm’s sales team to ensure that the full benefits of the technology built into the company’s latest products are demonstrated to customers.
